Usually, we will arrange professional design engineers to have technical communication with clients first. If we believe that the company is capable of undertaking it, we will request the client to provide a design and production task book. Provide a quote for a simple device at once. For more complex equipment, we usually quote the design fee first. After obtaining the client's consent for the design, the production fee will be reported based on this design. During equipment acceptance, the company is only responsible for the technical specifications of the design and production task book. If the customer has additional requirements, a quotation process needs to be completed.

What is your company's payment method?
We will conduct confidence assessments on different clients and provide corresponding payment methods. Customers who come to the company for the first time, due to the inability to evaluate them, usually prepay 30-50% (based on the proportion of material costs to the total amount), and after the parts are completed, the full amount will be received and shipped. Issue an invoice. In the future, payment methods will be adjusted accordingly based on the company's confidence assessment.
